Expulsion of Representative Jackfruitism
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION I: This bill shall go into effect immediately upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.
SECTION II: Should any part of this act be declared unenforceable by any judicial entity within this state, then that part so declared unenforceable shall be severed with this act and the remaining portions shall retain full force.
SECTION III: This shall be enforced by the Speaker of the House and Speaker pro tempore.
SECTION IV: Representative Jackfruitism shall be expelled from the Firestone House of Representatives for misconduct.
SECTION V: The evidence shall be as follows:
Exhibit A - This shows the Representative leaving the session in an attempt to block quorum due to a motion passing.
