I resigned from Major General follow a chain of personal events that I will not disclose. One of the reasons however that I did step down is due to lack of motivation. Why is that? I personally do not find carry out repeated tasks any fun.

I am an honest guy and if I believe that someone can do the job better than me with more motivation and ideas, then I will happily give up my position for them. I would never take a position I know could be handled better, and I would only take up a position if I knew I could dedicate time towards it.
