Since we had the Halloween update where we had viruses in v2, there should be viruses in v3. The only way to make it possible is if a certain amount of EMS is online. You could get a virus by either being in the water for a long time, eat something that has food poisoning, or even if you catch it. It would make the county more interesting especially with the fact that EMS won’t have to treat just injuries. I hope this is considered in v3.
