To help with lag, if all DPW and DOT leave the server, the snow should “melt” aka all go away and not be able to appear again until a member of DPW or DOT join team again.

Nvm, I think the civilian update will reduce snow accumulation as there is an assentive to plow.

why would crime decrease, you can plow whilst in a demon
