H.E.A.T is a division that only certain people get in per department (ex. 5-10). H.E.A.T should be added because its a division to chase down fast cars.

Yep. You guys don’t really hear too much about the traffic unit unless you commit traffic offenses, I guarantee you that you’ll have the FSP cruiser behind you if you do.
