I like it but, the national guard base will be impossible as well as the Police Stations. NPC should stay but if inventory dropping game, it would be like NHC. Having an AspiringCald NPC selling gun and have other people sell guns.

This isn’t necessary.

Here’s a better suggestion: NPC gun dealers should be able to move from place to place and not stay in one spot. Now, you really have to find him if you want an illegal gun.

That also makes it better, but either way. I pretty much like it, because in real life it can happen where you can rob it, national guard = instant death. PD station = Instant Detainment Gun Store = Instant Responders.
