I’d recommend for you to slightly lower the amount of influence time in FSP has on promotions. Quite often promotions are 90-100% based on people’s longevity, meaning if they are unqualified or incapable of holding such a position they’d most likely receive it anyway as their qualifications and capabilities wouldn’t usually be considered beforehand. This causes a lot of incapable supervisors in the long-term.

ello HICOM @Stevetron8170 in particular, I want the promotion system fixed, especially the trooper to Corporal part. I’ve seen many people promote troopers who are more than likely the sergeant’s friend or because they want to select a random person because they are forced
