dhs charger is 12 gears with ram bars and is bulletproof. at least with the fbi 12 gears they cant pop tires and isnt bulletproof. the dhs charger is just straight overpowered

its usually for high command and not commonly spawned
not our problem that command from other departments do not choose to utilize their vehicles. i know the fsp colonel is on very frequently but opts to use other cars.

Considering Criminals have access to cars above 12 gears, can paint their entire body black, wear rtho packages, shoot from inside trees, have 0 actual restrictions for when they can and cant shoot/kill somebody, have unrestricted access to boats that they do/can flee on from vehicle pursuits…
I don’t think a 12 gear dhs charger that’s used only by specific ranks/personnel does much ‘unbalancing’
