Dear Citizens of Firestone,
The Constitution of this state is in dire need of rewriting: it is clunky, contradictory at times, and has many loopholes that sometimes threaten employment (BOR.I for example). It needs finesse and clarity.
During this term, the executive in conjunction with some legislative members have tried to fulfil this task but it is too strenuous and complicated to do on such a small scale.
After the gubernatorial and congressional elections, a constitutional convention will be hosted to complete this task. It shall consist of executive, legislative, and judicial experts to ensure quality and comprehensiveness.
However, the most important factor is the contribution from the citizenry and stakeholders across the entirety of Firestone. Everyone is encouraged to participate to ensure they are represented within this new constitution.
