FBI Re-establishment Act

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

PREAMBLE: To add another legitimate investigative ententity, the Firestone Bureau of Investigation must and shall be returned, to rid this great state of corruption. This department shall not fail us again should this bill be passed. A new administration set forth by the Governor shall make and keep the department better.

SECTION I: The Firestone Bureau of Investigation (FBI) shall be hereby, upon the passage of this bill, revived and brought back as an independent department of the executive branch.

SECTION II: The purpose of the Firestone Bureau of Investigation is to investigate matters of corruption within the judicial branch, executive branch, and legislative branch. The Firestone Bureau of Investigation shall have the ability to work with certain entities such as the Congressional Government Oversight Committee, the Department of Justice, etc., to properly and effectively investigate and if necessary punish members of the government accordingly. All investigations must be legitimate and with proper reasoning. All investigations but be approved by the Director of the Firestone Bureau of Investigation. All investigations must also be visible to the Chairman of the Congressional Government Oversight Committee, the Governor of the State of Firestone, and the Attorney General.

SECTION III: The Governor shall nominate the Director of the Firestone Bureau of Investigation, where the nominee must be confirmed by the Senate with a simple-majority (1/2) votes in favor of the nominee. After and if the Senate approves of the nominee, the nominee must be confirmed by the Congressional Government Oversight Committee with a simple-majority (1/2) votes in favor of the nominee.

SECTION IV: The Governor of the State of Firestone shall have full powers over the Firestone Bureau of Investigation, however, the Governor shall not impede on any investigations that involve or have any direct and indirect ties to the Governor or the Lieutenant Governor.

SECTION V: The Director of the Firestone Bureau of Investigation shall be a primary position. Every position below the Director of the Firestone Bureau of Investigation that is employed with the Firestone Bureau of Investigation shall be a secondary position.

SECTION VI: The Director of the Firestone Bureau of Investigation must report to the Congressional Government Oversight Committee once a month on any and all activity that the Firestone Bureau of Investigation has done since the last time the Director reported to the Congressional Government Oversight Committee.

SECTION VII: The Firestone Bureau of Investigation shall be defined as: Firestone Bureau of Investigation - Roblox. This shall be the official group of the Firestone Bureau of Investigation.

SECTION VIII: The Director of the Firestone Bureau of Investigation shall be considered a Cabinet-level position. The Director of the Firestone Bureau of Investigation shall have full powers over the Firestone Bureau of Investigation. The Director of the Firestone Bureau of Investigation shall be the head of the Firestone Bureau of Investigation. The Governor shall, as always, have the ability to take forth command of the department should he/she see necessary.

SECTION IX: If there is no Director of the Firestone Bureau of Investigation, the Director of the Firestone Bureau of Investigation is not active enough, or there is any situation in which the Director of the Firestone Bureau of Investigation is not able to properly and sufficiently lead the Firestone Bureau of Investigation, the Governor shall have the authority to designate an individual to take the place as Acting Director until the Director is able to properly and sufficiently lead the Firestone Bureau of Investigation or a new Director is picked.The Governor shall be able to remove the Director of the Firestone Bureau of Investigation so long as there is sufficient reason behind it.

SECTION X: The Director of the Firestone Bureau of Investigation is required to be a certified attorney by the Department of Justice. The Director of the Firestone Bureau of Investigation shall have the authority to decide whether or not to make the Firestone Bureau of Investigation a required POST certification. All employees shall have no arrests. All employees must be able to execute their duties to their full extent. Any employees who do not, shall be removed upon the Director’s discretion. All employees must go through a thorough background check to ensure of no illegal activities in the past. All employees must also sign a contract and take a verbal oath that is recorded via video to ensure that they will not leak classified information, and that they will uphold their duties to the full extent. Any employee who leaks classified information shall be punished accordingly.

SECTION XI: This bill shall go in effect on 1/20/19, should it be passed by the State of Firestone congress and signed by the Governor.
