§1: Representative RayZap shall be expelled from the House of Representatives.
§2: RayZap shall be defined as: https://www.roblox.com/users/20222897/profile.
§3: RayZap shall be expelled from the House of Representatives for failure to be present at sessions for over 2 weeks now, failure to deliver any notice of leave of absence, and undue inactivity within his elected position.
