Establishment of C.IV.VIII

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED
THAT:

Section 1: Article IV, Section VIII of the Firestone Constitution shall be established.

Section 2: Section VIII, Article IV of the Firestone Constitution shall read: “The Firestone National Guard may take any precautionary measures needed as to prevent any individual from breaching the Firestone National Guard Base. The Firestone National Guard shall be authorized the use of lethal force on any individual who breaches or attempts to breach the Firestone National Guard Base. All individuals who breach or attempt to breach the National Guard Base shall be shot upon until he or she surrenders to the custody of the Firestone National Guard should they breach the National Guard Base. Law Enforcement Officers will not be permitted to enter the premises of the National Guard Base to apprehend an individual who breaches, unless granted permission to do so by the Firestone National Guard. The Firestone Department of Homeland Security shall be permitted to take any precautionary means necessary as to protect the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Speaker of the House, Chief Court Justice, Cabinet, Senators, and Representatives should they be under the protection of the Department of Homeland Security at anytime; the Department of Homeland Security shall be authorized the use of lethal force on any individual who attempts to inflict damage upon any official under the protection of the Department of Homeland Security at anytime.

Section 3: This amendment shall go into effect immediately upon passing both chambers of Congress.

Section 4: All laws in conflict with this amendment are hereby declared null and void.
