Mr. American introduced the following bill; which shall be read to both chambers of Congress and then to
the desk of the Governor upon passage.

A BILL
Establishing the charge in the State of Firestone, Obstruction of Justice.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress here

assembled:

SECTION 1. TITLE
This bill may be cited as A Bill To Establish Obstruction of Justice.
SECTION 2. OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE
(a) In general.—The State of Firestone shall recognize Obstruction of Justice as a valid charge,
and it shall be recognized as a felony.
(b) Obstruction of Justice shall be defined as: “Hampering any Judge, or Law Enforcement
Officer from executing his or her duties.”
(c) Upon successful conviction of Obstruction of Justice in a trial, the individual whom was
convicted, shall be sentenced no longer than 5 hours.

SECTION 3. SPONSORS AND OTHER PROVISIONS
(a) The above legislation shall be proposed to the Senate; and if passed shall move onto to the
House of Representatives, and if it passes, it shall go to the Governor to be signed or vetoed.
(b) Any legislation that goes into conflict with this bill shall be deemed null and void.
(c) The State of Firestone Executive Branch shall be held responsible for imposing this
legislation.
