There is no lack of accountability. When someone shoots unlawfully we know who did it and it is dealt with.
This may not always be sent out to the public but it is the truth. We don’t have people running around getting away with murder.

When I say this I’m not discrediting you BUT how do you know who did it if they are not showing their name? Wouldn’t you agree it is harder to accept reports from civilians and such if they can’t provide solid evidence of identification?

okay i’m confued, so pls educate me…
people are saying that showing name game will ruin operations for tactical teams… this isn’t the REAL US SEAL TEAM 6 or DELTA FORCE… where you have families and etc. No matter what, anyone can easily find out who is SWAT/CRT/FNG by looking at the group pages or discord…

When doing tactical operations like breaches, etc I think. Like if they are just patrolling around pretty sure they need their username on. They cried and cried and threatened not to do their jobs so.

It’s not like showing your name fazes through walls. It’s also not visible from afar so its not like snipers are being caught or something. If you can see someone’s username you can probably clearly see their uniform and the fact that they’re a tac unit?

or DOJ & DPS have gone to them about it because of the lack of POID due to the fact LEOs leaving the scene before people have the chance of asking for name & badge and the fact anyone can basically say "my name & badge is [blank] when it isn’t so they don’t get in trouble lol

based on me talking to nin, it has to do with the DOJ needing evidence against officers, the fsp audit, the command said they couldn’t punish people because they had their usernames hidden, etc.

I’ve always been in departments where it doesn’t effect me. I see why they’ve done it, i think they’ve done it at the wrong time though considering theres an election upcoming.
