SECTION I - Introduction
The County Council requires one who has the dedication, compassion, and experience to be apart of it. Serving the County Council for 4 terms, I have the skills, dedication, and experience to run once again for the Stapleton County Council. Therefore, I, Elite_Crearions, hereby declare my candidacy for the Stapleton County Council elections.
SECTION II - Candidate Information
I have been apart of the Stapleton County Government for 4 terms and have remained dedicated and active to the Stapleton County Government, while maintaining my other occupations within the State of Firestone. Throughout my 3 year journey through the state, I have gained experiences and skills that can greatly assist me and benefit the citizens for the duration of my term as a County Councilman. The following are my current and previous occupations;

SECTION III. - Legislation
There are numerous amounts of legislation I wish to propose and goals within the Stapleton County Legislative Branch I wish to achieve. Previously when I ran, I have upheld to most, if not all of my promises and can assure the Citizens that I can do the same for this term.
Candidates promise transparency and communication, yet most fail to deliver. I have promised transparency and communication in the previous terms, and have delivered such through the use of polls and releasing press releases periodically when necessary. However, as my polls showed, there has not been enough done to ensure that the citizens have a voice. I intend on increasing the citizen’s voice into the government by allowing the citizens to publicly speak to me, and the other fellow councilmen. Furthermore, I wish to host an event, with the state legislature, that allows citizens to voice their opinions and propose ideas whilst making it a fun and enjoyable experience.
One bill I wish to propose is a bill to establish the District Attorney’s Office. There is no set law on the position nor its’ office, and I intend on changing that. Furthermore, working with the District Attorney and the County Executive, I wish to have the District Attorney’s Office establish a team that would make a MDT and be responsible for the upkeep of it. This comes as there is no reliable MDT and by hiring people who have a Bar certification, alongside being employed within the Firestone Department of Justice, it can be ensured that there can be a reliable MDT for all law enforcement to utilize.
Another bill I wish to propose is a bill to establish a County Legislation Review Committee. This committee will operate similar to the state level Judicial Review Committee, however, there will be additions. Many new legislators and inexperienced individuals run and gain a seat on the County Council. To ensure there are no loopholes, and the said legislation complies with superior legislation, this committee will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the legislation is legal and loophole free. The committee shall consist of 3 Bar certified individuals who will be nominated by the County Executive and voted in by the County Council. The committee members can be impeached by the County Council and cannot be removed by the County Executive.
Finally, I intend on going for the County Chairperson position. Should I get the position, I intend on ensuring that there are significantly more organized and public County Council sessions. This will not only increase transparency, but can allow the citizens who attend a chance to voice their opinions regarding the legislation proposed. Furthermore, I intend on releasing a press release after each session which shall include which legislations have passed, amended, tabled, and legislations that may be proposed in the future. This will significantly increase transparency and will encourage citizens to voice their opinions.
SECTION IV. - Goals
While my goals may change depending on citizen opinion, I intend on sticking with a majority of my goals and hope to accomplish them before the end of my term. I have mentioned how I intend on accomplishing these goals in section III.

- Establish County Legislation Review Committee
- Ensure Organized Council Sessions
- Ensure Citizen Voice within the Government
- Increase Communication
- Host an Event Allowing Citizens to Approach Councilmen
- Work with State in Requiring CC Experience to run for Senate/House
- Establish Acting CE with the State Government
- County Council Performance Polls (Start, Middle, End)
- Bi-Weekly Meetings with Municipal Governments
- Regaining Trust of Citizens within County Government
SECTION V. - Conclusion
Serving 4 terms within the County Council, I firmly believe I have the right dedication, experience, and skills to lead the Stapleton County Council to greater heights. My main goal during this term is to regain as much trust within the Stapleton County Government as possible, and I will be working to achieve such.
