DPW | Street Light Maintenance

Beautiful idea, and 100% support. This would have similar functions in my opinion as the DOT Traffic Light Outage Calls but instead of traffic lights, lamp posts and DPW would have a much bigger priority in game. I adore this idea, and I fully support all the way for my DPW brethren.
