the previous audit was around march-ish and performed by ArezPP; to be honest, there is zero paper trail of it on our auditing board, leaving only the report he sent out (which wasn’t even signed by the secretary) and if i’m not mistaken, it all coincided with DyingSym’s last plot as the Governor

What makes the POST public image shit?

- The quality of candidates they constantly push out and with no one knowing what’s going on internally from the public view.
- There’s no communication, unlike some previous POST Administrations.
- People don’t trust POST
- POST has had to result to hire individuals within the community who aren’t let’s say, the brightest.
Whilst I’m friends with quite a lot of employees within POST, it’s clear that they haven’t been performing where they should be for a while.

I mean like…… how can post fix the quality issue? POST is literally just screenshots and recordings. Cadets record or take screenshots while at the tier. Then use it for their exams and then boom pass and certified. I don’t understand what people mean by “quality is downhill” everyone thinks the class they were in was “the og class” “the best class”. POST is already long enough with 5 tiers where each one can last up to 2 hours. This isn’t some kinda boot camp where instructors can drill knowledge into cadets lol.

I don’t believe there is much POST can do to fix this situation. Maybe make the application process more difficult, or make the minimum passing grades higher? That’s probably about it. I respect the actual critisism you gave, and I encourage you to to give this to the Administration. However, just remember there is only so much we can do when it comes to the quality of candidates.
