DOT - Large Tow guide placeable

• Adding: A larger tow bed guide for vehicles.
• Reason: Some vehicles will skip over the guide / A larger guide could be useful in pivoting cars without them hopping over the guide.

the guide is so small it’s unusable

its been the same tow truck for over 6 or so years, so i think fed should replace it
