IN THE FIRESTONE SENATE

Domestic Soil Protection Act
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1 - SEVERABILITY & ENACTMENT
(a) Should any part of this act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
(b) Upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes, this act shall enter into effect immediately.
SECTION 2 - ADDITION
(a) Chapter 6, Section 22 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be created, titled “Violating State Sovereignty”, and shall state: "
(a) Violating state Sovereignty shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense within the State of Firestone.
(a1) The act of violating state Sovereignty shall be the act of
(a1a) partaking in any obviously apparent military operation that is conducted on domestic Firestone territory and is conducted by a nation that has declared war against Firestone or that Firestone has declared war against; or
(a1b) deploying to domestic Firestone territory as part of a nation’s military that has declared war against Firestone or that Firestone has declared war against. "
(b) Chapter 6, Section 22 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be a Class A Felony and shall carry a jail time of 900 seconds and a citation value of 1,000 FSD.
