DoC could have buildings in major cities where they would basically stay there with their prisoner transport and wait for a LEO to request transport. The reason behind this is that we wait too long for DoC to come and in the meanwhile other criminals are doing other stuff that we can’t deal with because we have detained someone. Or we could transport the person to the DoC station in any major city in v3 where a CO would transport them to the facility

i dont support this, normally doc are available for law enforcement to do prison transport and bring the prisoner to doc via a vehicle, if theres no doc then just click arrest? i dont see why we would have a ‘doc building’ in all major cities

In V3, stations (FSP and SCSO) based on what has been released, will have holding cells. These will be able to have a person held there until DOC comes to pick them up, if no DOC PT cert is online, then they would just proceed with the arrest button. So, this would basically make a DOC facility in major cities redundant. Realistically this is also how it is done IRL coming from an actual correctional officer.
