In an effort to attract more individuals to the Department of Boating & Waterways, and to increase interest within the department, the development team should add ice on the water with an ice breaker addition to the cruisers. Similar to the county-wide snowfall accumulation effect, ice would generate randomly on the waterways and DOBW can be dispatched to break the ice and remove it. It is an excellent idea for DOBW since they really haven’t gotten any updates in a while.

Actually a pretty cool idea. It would be cool if regular boats could also break ice but it would damage them in the process, eventually disabling them, giving us wsar calls
