people work for their ranks, such as the many captains in FDOC. why would somebody who has NO experience in FDOC receive a rank that others work for?
personally, coming from myself, a department head (DOT), i find it not legitimate.

its not rlly standing next to a gate. youāve got COTA, hicomm stuff, organization, disciplinary actions needing to be dealt with, etc. besides he was 3iC in FBI and dep. sec in dps so i think hes good.

Iāve spoken with quite a bit of correction officers after my job was announced, and Iāve already started building bonds with some of them.
Iād like if you guys just let DOC HICOM handle the situation so we can get on our feet as soon as possible, thank you.

yeah i do agree, as it has ended bad in most situations. it just causes drama, and causes departments to have internal issues which do not resolve themselves w/o a third part intervening, such as dps. hopefully hawk will deliver on his promises as the new AW.
