@Congressmen | Bill for RMA

RMA - Refusal of Medical Assistance.

For most people, being able to refuse medical assistance is their choice. However, in times when a patient is considered on of the follow, they shall have their legal ability to decline medical assistance revoked:

  • Injuries present are life threatening.
  • Person is considered suicidal.
  • Person is declared a threat to themselves (By law enforcement).
  • Casualty is unconscious / unresponsive upon arrival.

RMA can and only would be bypassed by those certified to render aid.

This would not only enhance the realism of arriving on scene, but also make scenes more legally binding and limit room for legal complications, after rendering a certified level of aid.

Tl;dr - Make Refusal of Medical Aid with conditions listed above, legally binding.

Thanks,

SouthernMorality.
