Congressional Petition - Congressional Recalls

Using the power invested in me through BOR.III, I hereby petition against the government on the issue of congressional recall elections.

It is evident there are no adequate checks and balances against Congress until the rare instances of elections (which occur every three months for the House of Representatives and every two months for the Senate; the individuals having six-month terms). It is clear the citizens do not have a mechanism for meaningful dissent until elections (which usually guarantees everyone running, even the condemned, a seat).

We need an amendment that allows for the recall of congressional officials. This is only an idea but it ~could~ require 50 signatures from citizens + two additional signatures from two Congresspeople. Naturally, the condemned will have an automatic place on the ballot but may forfeit that right should they wish to.

In accordance with BOR.III, the government is obliged to give an official response at 30 signatures and must be willing to consider legislation at 70 signatures.

FULL SUPPORT.
The bar is a far-left communist tactic employed by the Firestone political elite with the aim of censoring voices and oppressing individuals who dare speak out against the establishment. This is present all throughout history - you shall see examples in the 1930s. Take, for instance, the Enabling Act passed by the National Socialists in 1933. This was a gross violation of the democratic process and we see a parallel being taken here against the honourable JamesDeeks. We must NOT let these far-left tactics seep into Firestone.
I urge all public office holders to rally against this tyrannical and morally illegal bill.
At the end of the day, it is the people who decide whom is elected to office.
