Congress wants to remove rights from Prisoners

plus there is a whole infirmary in the prison for anything like this

a prison infirmary can’t deal with everything, transfers to SCMS would be done for serious disease most probably

half the inmates that are imprisoned are just trolls. its rare you’ll see a criminal RP in a prison

I know, but the bill exists for the few who dare do criminal RP in prison.

i dont even know how this bill could be re-written.

valid point…

this bill hasn’t ever been used, at least not in current times. currently its useless, and you can even agree with me that this bill cant even be re-written because prisoners are already protected in the bill of rights.

regarding SCMS, transportation i believe depends on the department of corrections policy.

I just wanna clarify on the argument of “DOC has an infirmary”

Not sure when the staff at DOC were given the ability to make a diagnosis, make treatment plans, or order tests. These things have to happen at SCMC making transport a necessity. In reality it would be near impossible to do an escape because the patient would be in some type of physical distress, as well as shackled to a bed and actively escorted by armed guards. This is limited per FDOC policy.

If you have questions about this feel free to DM me on discord and we can talk about it more.
