The Department of Commerce has no obligation to accept any pending businesses for any reason. However, the Department will attempt their best to provide the reason for denial, but will not be required to do so.

Special businesses should go through the Secretary of Commerce. The Secretary may exempt any business from following a certain policy at their discretion.

Yellow-colored business licenses show that the business is a regular operating business within Firestone. Blue-colored business licenses show that the business is a special operating business that works directly with the Secretary. Red-colored business licenses show that the business is a restricted operating business. They usually have restrictions placed on them and are usually on a weekly renewal service. White-colored business licenses are non-expiring licenses for businesses that are regulated by the Firestone administration.
