Chief of Staff Recognition Act of 2022

AN ACT

To make provision regarding the position of Chief of Staff to the Governor’s Office


         Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,


SECTION 1.

    This act shall go into effect upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.


SECTION 2.

    Should any part of this act be declared unconstitutional or otherwise struck down, the entirety of the act shall be null and void.


SECTION 3.

    In accordance with C.II.IV, the position of Chief of Staff to the Governor’s Office (“the Position”) is recognised as part of the Cabinet.


SECTION 4.

    The Position does not require nomination and Senate confirmation, as described in C.II.II, and may instead be appointed at the will and discretion of the Governor.
