The Problem:
The spawn pads in SCFD station for helmets is not working.
Expected Result:
Script should come up and give SCFD a helmet and SCBA packs.
Reproduction Steps:
Step on spawn pad, nothing occurs.

Extra note: This seems to happen with a higher chance if a person steps on the spawn pad while not being on the SCFD team.

For me this happened, and I just re spawned and it worked.
