I get you want promoted and this is a discussion that has came up more times than I could count, the reason you’ve never really been promoted despite your seniority (time in service) and overall expertise is due to the grey area you put yourself in. The immaturity that could often be overlooked because you were quite medically proficient.
RyefredPanda is a good friend of mine and he did more than you really gave him credit for. Perhaps he wasn’t the most active, however he was active enough. He also did a lot with the academy, something I failed at, and I will admit that.
Personally, you’re a pretty solid dude. I believe you’d be a pretty decent addition, especially with the lacking of resources that went into effect after me, clyde, and ryefred bounced out.
