Well I tried to apply for a department yesterday and noticed that the application center doesn’t sent my application. When I hit ‘Send’ the send button disappeared and nothing else happened. I was able to edit my responses and etc. I thought that my app might need some time so I left Roblox running and when I looked at it again today, I was just kicked for being inactive. So I re-send my application and moved my mouse every 10 minutes and waited 1,5 Hours, but nothing changed. The application center still didn’t sent my application. I rejoined and tried two more times, but the problem stayed.
The center works for others, looks like it’s just me.
