An Internal Resolution to Expel CaribbeanTaxiDriver from the House of Representatives
Be it enacted by the House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
§1. TITLE
- This act shall be known as "An Internal Resolution to Removal CaribbeanTaxiDriver from the House of Representatives” and may be cited as such.
§2. DEFINITIONS

CaribbeanTaxiDriver shall be defined here.

The House of Representatives shall be defined here.

The Firestone Constitution shall be defined here.

Article I, Section IV “The Powers of Congress” of the Firestone Constitution shall be defined here.

The “BLEE Statement 11-12-2024” or simply, “BLEE Statement” shall be defined here.

The Attorney Code of Conduct shall be defined here.

“Speaker Election” also known specifically as the “#soth-election-16” channel shall be defined here.
§3. PURPOSE
- The purpose of this resolution is to uphold the integrity of the House of Representatives while ensuring that all Representatives maintain the ethical and moral standards expected of their office. This resolution reflects the House’s loss of confidence in Representative CaribbeanTaxiDriver’s ability to uphold these standards, as evidenced by violations of conduct and decorum.
§4. RESULTS OF BLEE INVESTIGATION

On November 11, 2024, Representative CaribbeanTaxiDriver was subject to an investigation by the Board of Legal Ethics and Enforcement (BLEE) for alleged violations of §2.2 of the Attorney Code of Conduct. The BLEE investigation concluded that:

Representative CaribbeanTaxiDriver violated §2.2 of the Attorney Code of Conduct by soliciting answers to multiple questions from the bar exam.

Such actions demonstrated a disregard for the ethical standards expected of an attorney, and by extension, a House Representative.
§5. CONDUCT IN THE HOUSE
- Representative CaribbeanTaxiDriver has displayed a pattern of improper and inflammatory conduct within the House of Representatives, showing consistent disregard for decorum. This behavior was plainly evident during the recent Speaker Election and in official House channels, where he engaged in and incited unnecessary conflict and divisive conduct directed at fellow Representatives.
- While not solely responsible, Representative CaribbeanTaxiDriver played a significant role in fostering division, contributing to misconduct that disrupted the order within the chamber.
§5. REMOVAL FROM OFFICE
- In accordance with Article I, Section IV, Subsection V of the Firestone Constitution, Representative CaribbeanTaxiDriver shall be expelled from the House of Representatives.
§7. ENFORCEMENT
- This Act shall be enforced by all relevant parties.
§8. SEVERABILITY
- Should any part of this act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, the rest of the act will remain in effect unless also struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
