AN AMENDMENT TO FIX THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: “A Bill to Establish a Statute of Limitations” shall be amended.
SECTION 2: §3D Currently States “For those crimes defined as Class A or Class B felonies, the statute of limitations shall not apply.”
SECTION 2A: §3D Shall now state “For those crimes defined as Class A or Class B felonies, the statute of limitations shall be considered one hundred and eighty (180) days.”
SECTION 3: Upon passing the required Constitutional procedure, this legislation shall be brought immediately into law.
