An Amendment to the Criminal Code, Chapter 4
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS THAT:
§ SECTION I-A: The Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended.
§ SECTION I-B: The Firestone Criminal Code shall be defined as: Trello
§ SECTION II: Section 13, shall be added to Chapter 4 - Crimes Against Principle in the aforementioned legislation.
§ SECTION III: Section 13, Chapter 4 shall read:
(a) “The act of Driving with an Unregistered License Plate shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense within the State of Firestone.”
(a1) ‘Driving with an Unregistered License Plate shall be defined as: “the act of operating a motorized vehicle with an unregistered license plate.’
§ SECTION IV: Section 13, Chapter 4 shall be a Class C Misdemeanor and shall result in an arrest time of 120-200 seconds.
§ SECTION V: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passing both chambers.
