An Amendment to Save Businesses

BE IT ENACTED THAT THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND SENATE HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

Section 1A.1: Chapter 3, Section 10 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be created and state Ҥ10 - Trespassing on Private Property".

Section 1A.2: Chapter 3, Section 10, subsection a of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “(a) Trespassing on Private Property shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense in the State of Firestone.”

Section 1A.3: Chapter 3, Section 10, subsection b of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “(b) Trespassing on Private Property shall be defined as the following:”

Section 1A.4: Chapter 3, Section 8, subsection b1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “(b1) Entering into the areas marked in red on this trello when being “banned” from the property by the properties owner.”

Section 1A.5: Chapter 3, Section 8, subsection c1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “(c1) On Duty Law Enforcement that are “banned” shall be exempt while acting in their official capacity”

Section 2: Trespassing on Private Property shall be considered a Class A Misdemeanor and the penalty for this offense shall be 200 seconds in a correctional facility on arrest.

Section 3: This legislation shall be enforced by all law enforcement agencies as well as the courts.

Section 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passing both chambers and signed into law by the Governor.
