An Amendment to Impersonation

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS* HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

§1: Section E of “A Bill to Replace and Fix the Impersonation Law” shall be amended.

§2: Section E of “A Bill to Replace and Fix the Impersonation Law” shall now state: " “Impersonating a Law Enforcement Officer” shall be defined as; the act of falsely representing his (or her) self as an officer of a Law Enforcement Department. Further, wearing any sort of police article clothing sold from a Law Enforcement Department shall be considered Impersonating a Law Enforcement Officer; this includes uniforms, badges, ID, and putting one’s plate as a callsign of a Law Enforcement Department/officer. Though if the badge is on an offical shirt (purchased from the main State of Firestone group) it shall not be deemed Impersonating a Law Enforcement Officer.

§3: This legislation will be enforced by Law Enforcement Officers of the State of Firestone.

§4: This legislation shall go into effect upon being passed from both chambers of Congress.
