An Amendment to Fix Solicitation

To ensure that criminal liability is not given to those who solicit violations of civil or constitutional law.

Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

§1. Title

(a) This act shall be known, and may be cited as, “An Amendment to Fix Solicitation”

§2. Enactment

(a) This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon completing the processes constitutionally required.

§3. Severability

(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.

§4. Enforcement

(a) This Act shall be enforced by any relevant parties.

§5. Definitions

(a) “Firestone Criminal Code” shall be defined as Trello

(b) “Criminal Law,” for the purposes of this section, shall be defined as any criminal offense that is listed as on the criminal code.

§6. Solicitation Amendments

(a1) Chapter 4, Section 8 (Solicitation to Commit a Crime), Subsection a1 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “The act of solicitation to commit a crime shall be the act of coercing, soliciting, requesting, commanding, importuning or otherwise attempting to cause another person to attempt to or commit a violation of Firestone law.”

(a2) Chapter 4, Section 8 (Solicitation to Commit a Crime), Subsection a1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “The act of solicitation to commit a crime shall be the act of coercing, soliciting, requesting, commanding, importuning or otherwise attempting to cause another person to attempt to or commit a violation of Firestone criminal law.”
