An Amendment to Constitutionalize Sentencing

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: C.I.XIII will be created.

SECTION 2: C.I.XIII will read: “The Congress shall reserve the authority to impose minimum and maximum times, sentences, or otherwise punishments for violating laws passed by Congress.”

SECTION 3: This legislation shall go into effect immediately.
