An Amendment to Commerce and County Loitering


BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: : The Firestone Criminal Code shall be defined as: Firestone Criminal Code

SECTION 2: Chapter 3, Section 9, Subsection b15 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be nullified.

SECTION 2A: Chapter 3, Section 9, Subsection b15 shall be created in the Firestone Criminal Code and state, โ€œ(b15) Lingering/waiting in the blue marked areas in this image and refusing to leave when asked to leave without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of Commerce.โ€

SECTION 2B: Chapter 3, ยง9, subsection b16 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be established and state: "Refusing to leave the area marked in blue in this screenshot when asked to leave by an on-duty Law Enforcement Officer or by the County Executive.โ€

SECTION 3: Should any part of this Act be declared unconstitutional or otherwise struck down, the rest shall remain in effect unless all is struck down or declared unconstitutional.

SECTION 4: This act shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.
