Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

§1. Enactment
(a) This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon completing the processes constitutionally required.

§2. Severability
(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.

§3. Enforcement
(a) This Act shall be enforced and or managed by any relevant parties.

§4. Definitions
(a) The "(Firestone) Criminal Code"shall be defined as this

(b) Chapter 3, Section 6 of the Criminal Code shall be defined as this


§5. Information
(a) Chapter 3, Section 6, subsection a1 of the Criminal Code shall be amended.

(b) Chapter 3, Section 6, subsection a1 of the Criminal Code currently states: “Grand theft auto shall be the act of taking a vehicle without the consent of the owner or through deception, with malicious intent.”

(c) Chapter 3, Section 6, subsection a1 of the Criminal Code shall now state: “Grand theft auto shall be the act of taking a motor vehicle without the consent of the owner or through deception, with malicious intent.”
