An Amendment to C.IV.V

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

Section I: The Firestone Constitution shall be amended.

Section II: Section V, Article IV of the Firestone Constitution currently states: Citizens have the inviolable right to bear arms. No branch or entity of the State can curtail this

right, but are obligated to take measures and set regulation to reduce the risk of armed crime

and the

mishandling of weaponry. The State must also provide adequate means for the purchase of

firearms.

Section III: Section V, Article IV shall now state: Citizens have the inviolable right to bear arms. Bear arms meaning to have a concealed weapon and shouldn’t be visible unless to engage in lawful practice. No branch or entity of the State can curtail this right, but are obligated to take measures and set regulation to reduce the risk of armed crime and the mishandling of weaponry. The State must also provide adequate means for the purchase and training of the use of legal firearms.

Section IV: This amendment shall go into effect immediately upon passing both chambers of congress.

Section V: All laws in conflict with this amendment are hereby declared null and void.
