An Amendment to C.II.VII

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: The Firestone Constitution shall be amended.

SECTION 2A: “Whereas the Constitution Article 3, Section 7 states: The owner, Founder(s), and Developer(s) of the State of Firestone shall carry no legitimate authority or power to make general decisions nor interfere in the political or legal matters of the State of Firestone, unless they hold another position that legally grants them the authority to do so.”

SECTION 2B: The Constitution, Article 6, Section 5 shall now state: The owner, Founder(s), and Developer(s) of the State of Firestone shall carry no legitimate authority or power to make general decisions nor interfere in the political or legal matters of the State of Firestone, unless they hold another position that legally grants them the authority to do so or immediate action is needed to be taken to protect the welfare of the State of Firestone (E.G; Absurd or unrealistic actions).

SECTION 3: This amendment shall go into effect immediately upon passing both chambers of Congress.

SECTION 4: All laws in conflict with this amendment are hereby declared null and void.
