An Amendment to BOR.IV

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS THAT:

§ SECTION I: Section IV of the Firestone Bill of Rights currently states:

“Citizens have the freedom of religion. They have the right to practice their religion free of
government interference. However, religion which openly encourages or carries out crime shall
have all relevant individuals prosecuted accordingly: although no individual can be prosecuted
for simply associating themselves with a particular religion. There shall be a clear separation of
church and state.”

§ SECTION II: Section IV of the Firestone Bill of Rights shall now read:

All individuals in the State of Firestone have the right to freedom of religion. They have the right to practice their religion free of government interference and or intervention. However, a religion that openly encourages or carries out crime shall have all relevant individuals prosecuted accordingly: although no individual can be prosecuted for simply associating themselves with a particular religion. There shall be a clear separation of church and state.”

§ SECTION III: This legislation shall be overseen by the Governor of Firestone.

§ SECTION IV: This legislation shall go into effect immediately after completing the constitutional procedure required.
