§2: Section XIV of Article II shall now state: “The Governor shall have the power vested to issue a pardon to any individual , apart from his/her self or the incumbent Lieutenant Governor, for a plausible reason should upon the conclusion of any trial find the individual in question guilty of a crime. A pardon issued by the Governor may either: commute the sentence of any individual that has been convicted of a crime by, any and all, Courts of the State of Firestone, or; nullify and end the sentence of any individual that has been convicted of a crime by, any and all, Courts of the State of Firestone, alongside nullifying said conviction.
