An Act to Secure the Capitol

AN ACT TO SECURE THE CAPITOL


BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: This act shall be known as “An Act to Secure the Capitol”. This act shall go into effect immediately upon completion of the constitutional process required.

SECTION 2: This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.

SECTION 3: Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.

SECTION 4: This Act shall be implemented by the Criminal Code Revision Act Manager and enforced by all Law Enforcement Officers of the State of Firestone.

SECTION 5: For the purposes of this Act, the ‘Firestone Criminal Code’, as described by the Criminal Code Revision Act (R), shall be defined as https://trello.com/b/EGN3OQzQ 1

SECTION 6: Chapter 3, Section 9, Subsection b10 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended.

(i) Chapter 3, Section 9, Subsection b10 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Department of Homeland Security.”

(ii) Chapter 3, Section 9, Subsection b10 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “Lingering/waiting in the yellow areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Department of Homeland Security.”
