An Act to Retain Trello Boards
Preamble: To ensure the Mayor and City has access to Trello Boards and are all accounted for.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY OF ARBORFIELD COUNCIL HERE ASSEMBLED THAT,
SECTION 1
This document shall be legally empowered and binding upon the completion of the process set out by the City Charter.
SECTION 2
Should any part of this document be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
SECTION 3
The City Clerk shall be required, within 7 days of the passage of this act, produce a report to the Mayor and City Council detailing all City Trello Boards, if the Mayor has access, the purpose of the Trello Board, and the members of the Workspace for said Trello Board. The City Clerk may add additional remarks on if workspaces can be condensed, Trello Boards condensed, and any other information regarding the state of our City’s Trello Boards.
SECTION 4
This act shall become null and void upon the Mayor and Chairperson acknowledging and signing that the report was complete.
