An Act to Reclass the Offense of Resisting Arrest

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE LEGISLATURE THAT

SECTION A: The Firestone Criminal Code shall be defined as Trello

SECTION B: Chapter 1, Section 1 of the Firestone Criminal Code labeled, “§1 -Resisting Arrest” shall be redefined as a Class A Misdemeanor.

SECTION C: This legislation shall go into effect immediately after completing the constitutional procedures.
