An Act to Reassess Firestone Waters

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

AN ACT TO REASSESS FIRESTONE WATERS


PREAMBLE: We, the Citizens of the State of Firestone, here determined that the importance and liveliness within the Department of Boating and Waterways has deteriorated. It is no longer deemed necessary and new authority shall be installed to preside over our great waters.


SECTION I: ‘Department of Boating and Waterways Re-Establishment Act’ is hereby declared null and void.

SECTION II: All individuals currently employed within the Department of Boating and Waterways shall subsequently no longer hold such position or field of employment within that department.

SECTION III: In regards to this, the State of Firestone Governor shall be given authority over the Firestone waters. He or she shall be able to exercise power to impose limitations, regulations, restrictions, or any other related changes to the waters so long as such is obedient to the constitution, civil rights, and other statutes. The Governor will not be exempt from any of these establishments and must hold him or herself liable to any evident violations involving the waters. This would be done through an executive order as permitted by the constitution to which departments that utilize any waters must abide by any rules set forth by the Governor, if not, disciplinary action shall be met.

SECTION IV: This legislation shall take effect upon passage within both chambers and having met with the signature of the incumbent State of Firestone Governor.

SECTION V: This legislation shall be enforced by the State of Firestone Governor.
