A BILL
To Protect the Boats
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1.
This Bill may be cited as “An Act to Protect the Boats”.
SECTION 2,
This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.
SECTION 3.
For the purposes of this Bill, the ‘Firestone Criminal Code’ shall be defined as: Trello
SECTION 4.
Chapter 7, section 2, subsection (a1) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended
Chapter 7, section 2, subsection (a1) of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states:
“Maritime Piracy shall be the act of boarding a vessel and holding the captain and possible crew as hostage.”
Chapter 7, section 2, subsection (a1) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state:
“Maritime piracy shall be the act of hijacking a watercraft. Boarding a watercraft and holding anyone on it against their will shall also count as maritime piracy.”
