An Act to Prevent Trafficking

BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

Section 1: Trafficking shall be declared an illegal act in the State of Firestone.

Section 2: Chapter 2, Section 13 shall be added to the Firestone Criminal Code and be named “§13 - Trafficking”

Section 3: Chapter 2, Section 13 shall state the following:

a) The act of trafficking shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense within the State of Firestone.

(a1) Trafficking shall be the act of the malicious distribution of a player to another individual/group in exchange for any form of malicious monetary, social, or political value.

Section 4: Trafficking shall be a Class A Felony with a punishment of 900 seconds in a correctional facility.

Section 5: This bill shall be enforced by all law enforcement agencies as well as the courts.

Section 6: This bill shall go into effect immediately after completing the constitutional procedure required.
