BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS OF THE STATE OF FIRESTONE
SECTION I: The Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended, as recognized by this act Trello
SECTION II: Section IE2 of the aforementioned legislation shall be amended to state the following;
"- Class A Felonies shall carry a sentence no more than 1 hour in a correctional facility
- Class B Felonies shall carry a sentence no more than 50 minutes in a correctional facility
- Class C Felonies shall carry a sentence no more than 30 minutes in a correctional facility
- Class A Misdemeanors shall carry a sentence no more than 25 minutes in a correctional facility
- Class B Misdemeanors shall carry a sentence no more than 20 minutes in a correctional facility
- Class C Misdemeanors shall carry a sentence no more than 15 minutes in a correctional facility"
SECTION III: Should any part of this legislation be deemed unconstitutional or struck down, the rest shall retain amiability.
